Re: Preorder still processing
Hello, I pre-ordered FC 26 Ultimate Edition through the EA app. Payment was received, but the game hasn't been added to my library. It shows as "processing" in my purchase history. Is anyone else experiencing this?

As long as you have an email confirming payment you will have the game in your library closer to the world release. Some transactions will take time so I would be patient.
got the same problem, i think it might be solved before september.
I have the same problem and I wouldn’t assume this is normal, as my friend purchased the game the same way, and his game is showing in his library. His order status is Completed. I contacted EA support, but they are totally useless
This will be resolved when the game comes out closer to the game launch. I am assuming you are all on PC. The EA app takes longer to process new games. It will be sorted soon.

Yeah, I also have this problem and one friend of mine and many users here I see, but no one from ea bother to give us an answer.
Now this forum is populated with “problems” like they cannot play on closed beta or didn’t receive the free code.
