Preorder still processing

Hi  I Preorder the ultimate edition on the 2th of august, we are the 10th, my bank account has been debited but the payment is still proccessing on ea history. The game doesn't appear in my library...

    Thank you all for your reports. We've sent the info to the right team, and the issue with the game display in the library has been fixed. If you run into any problems, please let us know in the comments. Also, don't forget to restart the EA app. Thanks again for your support!

Hello, I pre-ordered FC 26 Ultimate Edition through the EA app. Payment was received, but the game hasn't been added to my library. It shows as "processing" in my purchase history. Is anyone else experiencing this?

This will be resolved when the game comes out closer to the game launch. I am assuming you are all on PC. The EA app takes longer to process new games. It will be sorted soon.
