Re: FC26 Clubs Matchmaking Failed

I myself got the game for free with PS, however 2 of my friends, 1 on Xbox and the other on PC have both recently paid good money for the game. However we are no longer interested in paying for a game that is so under cared for and poorly maintained, it has left us not interested in playing FC26 nor will we be getting FC27 after how our experience has turned out these past few weeks. From the game randomly crashing back to the main menu, to being kicked out of club games because the server has failed, to being unable to find a game for the past couple of days left searching for HOURS, unable to edit my clubs player because of stupid bugs on the kit. It is an absolute joke how you can charge people for a game that you do not maintain. So how do my friends go about getting their refunds for this game as we have now lost all interest playing again thanks to your amazing team!
