I pre-ordered FC 26 Ultimate Edition through the EA app on September 2, 2025. Three days ago, I decided to buy the game on another platform and want to return it, but I can't get a refund from the refund tool or my previous orders. It says the order is complete, so how can I fix this?
Community ManagerHello there. If you can't request a refund using the website, please contact EA Help. Click on this link, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on "Contact Us." You will then see a form to fill out. I hope this helps.
i have don that and i need help i have contacted whit the support from ea and 1 guy sais to me that they will give me the refund and i have to contact later and now i contact and they dont give it to me please help me
