Report Malicious Match-fixing and Griefing in FC26 Clubs

Hi EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a series of suspicious and malicious activities in FC26 Clubs mode that occurred on [Feb 17, 2026].

Our club encountered a specific opponent team multiple times, and an unknown player(s) (random joiner) repeatedly joined our club and intentionally sabotaged the matches, leading to 5 consecutive 0-3 losses due to "Match Forfeit".

Details of the incident:

Opponent Club Name: Italy National

Time of Incidents: Not sure

Issue: A player joined our club and intentionally disconnected/quit the match 5 times in a row against the same opponent. We suspect this is a coordinated "Win-trading" or "Match-fixing" scheme.

I have screenshots of the match history showing the consecutive 0-3 losses against the same team. Please investigate the match logs during this period to identify the offending players and take appropriate action to maintain fair play.
