Rivals Hacker footage! Refund my money

All my players were frozen and I was unable to move any of them and the opponent scored goals. It is definitely a hacker. Look at footage for reference. Refund me the payment for this game. I am done with this. I will be reporting this to Trading Standards as this is extremely unfair and scamming people off their money.
