Shooting is OVERPOWERED!!!

Question

EA please turn down the success rate of shooting.&nbsp; It needs to be a lot more difficult to shoot anything that is not a lay up.&nbsp; Finesse shots, Long shots,&nbsp; Low Driven shots and all the shots that are not just shooting on goal undefended.&nbsp; Shooting is so over powered people are not even trying to do anything other than shoot long shots outside of the box after receiving a pass unless they are on a counter attack.&nbsp; It is on defendable by players who are really good at defending and even then you have to be marking your man with no mistakes.&nbsp; The passing and shooting are over powered on steroids.&nbsp; Please reduce the ease to shoot and pass long distances.&nbsp; Short distances are understandably easy and should be highly accurate but distances that are not short and curve should be based on skill and precision.&nbsp;&nbsp;

You have to try harder to miss than you do to score.&nbsp; This is irrelevant to whether you or I is any good at defense.&nbsp; There is no difficulty to shooting.&nbsp; If you have Finesse shot playstyle or playstyle plus it is so insane how easy it is to shoot angled shots top bins.&nbsp; The same for low driven.&nbsp; They are too easy to make.&nbsp; It should take a little bit of skill to score and more skill to score more difficult shots.&nbsp; Like timing and aim should be harder to do not assisted so much.&nbsp; Like precision passing should be the only way to pass in online competitive play not assisted shooting, passing, crossing, tackling, and auto positioning.&nbsp; Its the same thing in Clubs with auto positioning and holding LB because you don't know how to play with out someone holding your hand.

The shooting is not overpowered. Instead the defense was nerfed by EA.

I'm a career mode player and the CPU opponent practically "bullies" me.

After the nerf, masterclass difficulty feels like legendary. Professional difficulty feels like masterclass.

They should restore the first patch

Long shots are not overpowered. They have clearly been nerfed badly. We all need to play like pro now and score tap ins with low driven shot. The low driven is overpowered though as they ALWAYS go in and they are so easy to use. The fact that you do not need to time any sort of correct power makes it OP and silly, but the pros love their tap ins so of course we all must now score this boring way.

Scoring long shots and timing the power perfectly was much harder to do, I don't bother doing them anymore as the success rate has been nerfed into oblivion.

I actually dont think long shots are over powered. Not many go in which is a good thing and it actually feels rewarding now when it does go in. So that is the correct thing by EA.

Low driven shots do need nerfing.

I miss the days where all goals were not as easy to score and you would do a little air fist punch when you did earn a goal as it took work.

I must stress that I am talking from Online Seasons point of view.

Maybe in Ultimate Team with super boosted stats they are easier. But definitely not on Seasons.
