SP not being awarded

When doing objectives the SP is not applying, it’s just so frustrating that such a simple thing like this is still an issue this far into the game. Can I please have some help, someone from EA? Also my last post was ignored and deleted about frustrating disconnection issues costing me champs wins when it’s clearly not my connection. Why does the post get deleted?
