Squad battles bug

Basically I was playing opponent in squad battles on legendary i won 5 -1 so that was roughly 2000 pts I'd have received however after the full time whistle my game never loaded the rewards instead it just froze i left it for 30 mins hoping this wasn't happening I was forced to restart my fc 26 game only for the match which I clearly won given to the opponent it said they won 3 nill despite them clearly after they lost 5-1  they end up winning the match  this is not good and it's unfair
