Squad battles harder even against poor team and low chemistry

Why is it that I beat a better team with a better chemistry on a higher difficulty the lose to this team just when I start doing better than I have done it previous weeks? This is the team I lost to yet I beat a 85 rated 28/33 chemistry team on world class then lose to this team on world class?? Who had 3/33 chemistry
