Stadium won’t change

I’ve been playing in my create-a-club career mode and i recently changed my staduim from the one i had from the previous season, and i’ve started my next game in the next league that i got promoted and the staduim won’t change from the one  i set at the start of the season when you change kits and staduim and all.
