Steam account linked to an unknown EA account and banned (EC:10901)

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue involving my Steam account and an EA account that I do not recognize.

Today I purchased and installed EA SPORTS FC 26 through Steam. I can launch the game and play offline normally, but when I try to access online features I receive the following message:

"Your account has been banned from this game"
Error Code: EC:10901

When I try to investigate the ban, I log in using Steam. Steam authenticates my account successfully, I authorize the connection, and then EA asks me to verify my identity by sending a code to an email address ending in @invincemail.ru.

The problem is that I do not recognize this email address and have never used it.

I believe my EA account may have been compromised, or my Steam account is linked to an EA account that I no longer have access to.

I can access my Steam account normally and I can also play FC 26 offline. However, I cannot access my ban history because the verification code is being sent to this unknown email address.

The only EA game I have used in the past was The Sims. I am attaching screenshots of the ban message and the unknown email verification screen.

Could an EA representative please help me recover access to the EA account linked to my Steam account and review this ban?

Thank you.

this exact thing is happening to me. I'm also banned, in NFS 2015, and that same account is shared in between all other NFS games, so i cant play none of them. LMK if this can be solved.
I also found that this mysterious mails ending in invincemail.ru are temporary accounts, and are automatically deleted (Apparently)
