Still did not receive Icon pack and premium pass from EA play pro

I've been playing since the early acces because I am an EA pro member but I dit not receive any of the UT content they promised such as the icon, the points and the premium pass. The only thing I got was an EVO and a small loan player pack.

Please FIX THIS EA
