Still waiting for ea to reply

So ea don't want to acknowledge the complaints of people regards to gameplay, you know player not moving where you want, tackling being completely broken, players being stopped by invisible barriers, passing going in directions im not aiming, goalkeeper standing doing nothing as a ball goes past him in slow motion, bounce back that we got told was fixed is still a massive issue. Not one reply from ea even though what is it they said when advertising this game we listen to your feedback while acknowledging none. Not even once has there been an apology for any of the many almost weekly mistakes that ea makes
