The Fc Coins that i "got" from selling an item have never reached my Accounts.

It may sound stupid, but in the web app, i sold a BRONZE MANAGER from KOREA for 200 Coins, idk why it got sold quickly, but I never received the coins, not even after refreshing the web or many hours. Has anybody else got this problem?
