The pre order fifa icon pack

I am writing to you regarding the pre-order Fifa icon packthat I haven't received. I also bought the game before the 26th of August and I have received my FIFA points and the premium pass but no icon...

Same here. On ps5 got 200fifa points but no icon pack

    I'm on Xbox got everything but the icon pack same with 2 others of my mates didn't get the pack but another mate got it
