TOMORY Road to World and Rogers issue

I bought this pass just for Tomori World Tour, especially since it was premium. When I reached level 40, I chose Tomori and Rogers World Tour, but I received two packs (3 x 84 and 2 x 85). I opened them, thinking it was some kind of bonus, and then I went to the club to look for Tomori and Rogers. When I saw that I didn't have them, I almost had a heart attack. I went back to the pass and then I saw that instead of giving me the two players, Tomori and Rogers World Tour, they gave me those packs that I didn't need, and I got ripped off. How is it possible to choose a player and get the packs when I was very clearly positioned on Tomori? Please do everything you can. I want to point out that I bought the special pass for Tomori, I have to have him, please do everything you can.
