Top 250

Hi everyone,

I finished around Rank 188–190 in the latest VS Attack season in EA Sports FC Mobile, but I did not receive my Top 250 badge.

When the season refreshed on February 26, 2026 at 06:00 AM GMT+2 (Ukraine), a pop-up showed my final rank, but the reward never appeared in my account.

I contacted EA Support and they confirmed they registered my report, but said they cannot manually grant the badge.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue after the season reset?
