Transfer market banned for being too good at trading, top global #22 profit

You guys have been mass banning players (especially PC players) for investing cards during market crash, for investing in TOTW cards and high end TOTS cards. For the past week, I have been listing TOTW cards I bought for 10.7k and reselling it for 20k, low bidding Messi & Modric TOTS cards and reselling it for minimum 250k profit each card. 3 days ago, I received an email saying I got market banned and all my 15-20 mil coins were wiped. I still have over 20mil cards unsold. I am a loyal player and have spent a crazy amount at the start of the game to get a few cards to kickstart my trading journey and it's sad to see my money and hours invested in this game go to waste because of a false ban from your bots. No real person is replying to my appeals either, please solve this EA. Only few are still playing this game, don't make it worse

I really hope somebody out there with money sue them for this... how can you just go around banning innocent players and get away with it

  • The only information I could find regarding the transfer market was in the e-mails they sent me after they took action against me.

We review trades in the Ultimate Team™ Transfer Market to make sure they’re fair and follow our rules. (There are no official rules on using the transfer market anywhere to be found so I don’t understand how they expect us to follow them) We do this by comparing the value of the item to the current value of the item in the Transfer Market to see if any extra value is being traded. This lets us know if there has been any Coin selling, buying, and/or distribution, which breaks our rules and goes against our User Agreement.

So if I understand that correctly selling under or above market value is against your rules? What determines market value, how do I know exactly what the market value of an item is?

If an item is unavailable in the transfer market how I’m I supposed to determine its market value if there is nothing to compare?

Sell Items for a fair price on the Transfer Market (What is a fair price?)

Transferring Coins by trying to sell or buy Items well above or below their average Coin price, in order to send to your friends or to transfer Coins to anyone.

Using terms like well above or below and significantly is open to interpretation and doesn’t have much meaning.

Are EA breaking their own rules by making cards discard prices significantly or well below market value?

I think I am asking valid questions but no one can be bothered to answer them

  • If you live in a country where EA has HQ, you can send them a formal letter of complaint, they should respond and at least in that way you get in contact with someone that seems real.

    • Consumer rights – Under UK consumer law, if a complaint relates to faulty goods, poor service, or contract breaches, the business must address it to meet obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Why don’t EA sell the coins themselves then no more coin sellers and no more false positive transfer bans. They sell packs for FC points and coins, same with the premium season pass, seems like an easy way to solve this mess.

  • Sort this non-sense out, EA. Look at the profit I made from all these deals and you accuse me of coins buying. I have nearly 40 mil, why what I need to buy anymore coins?????
