I’ve been getting an “error communicating with EA servers” message when trying to place a bid on a card in the Transfer Market. This has been happening for 3 days. What is the reason for this, and how can it be fixed? Is that softban?

Yes, i bid a lot of cards.
I just tried to see if I could place a bid and I was able to bid on one card. After that, when I tried on another card, I encountered the same issue again.
Community ManagerIt may be that you are being mistaken for a bot ErayOzmutlu so no harm taking some time between trades.
