Transfer market issues

Everytime I try to access the transfer market to sell a player, I get greeted with a message saying “you’ve reached your limit on bid/buy actions. Please come back in 24 hours for full access to the transfer market”… I have now waiting over 4 days and I still cannot use this feature. I’ve done nothing to break the ea rules and typically don’t get why I can’t access it… anyone have an idea or same thing happening to them?
