Of course not. At first, I only received a response saying they would review it again. Then, they replied that they stood by their decision. I can’t respond to that anymore. They also refuse to tell me whether it’s supposedly because I bought or sold coins, which transfers it would be based on, or anything else.
And I know 100% for sure that I didn’t do it. That’s why I’d really like to get in contact with them to understand how this could have happened and to help prevent it from happening to many other players as well. I’m currently in touch with a large group of players who are unfortunately experiencing the same issue.
