Ultimate edition

Hey guys so I had a question, I played fc26 on my Xbox from the start and I got the standard edition. Now it’s December and I got a ps5, and saw that ultimate edition gives fc points and some other cool add ons but I’m unsure whether or not they will work as it’s not the start of the game. Can anyone help?
