Unable to connect

Hello, I play EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS4. For about 3 weeks, I haven't been able to access Clubs mode. As soon as I select Clubs, I immediately get the message "Unable to connect to EA Servers." Ultimate Team works normally, and my friends have tried inviting me to their club, but it still doesn't work. I have already reinstalled the game. Could you please check or reset my Clubs profile? Thank you.
