Unsigned item error !!!!!!!!!!

My ID is Oangle63, and I’m really tired of dealing with this issue. I can’t open packs because of an evolution card that I’m unable to redeem. It’s making me lose interest in playing the game, and it feels like no one is listening to us!!!!!
