Upgrade Trial Glitch

I’ve been trying to use my 10 hour trial for EA 26 but it just opens a menu with EA news, Learn to play, and Upgrade. I bought the base game edition but have EA play. Should I be able to play the full game with my 10 hour trial? I’m on Xbox
