UT servers connection and DNF

Hi EA Team,

I would like to report a major issue that has been affecting the gameplay experience in FC26 Ultimate Team. Recently, the servers have been extremely unstable — matches frequently disconnect in the middle of the game, even when the player's internet connection is perfectly fine.

This is especially frustrating because these disconnects are being counted as losses. Not only does this impact our record and in-game rewards, but in modes like Online Draft, we are also losing coins that we paid to enter the competition. We are essentially being punished for something completely out of our control.

I kindly ask the team to investigate and address this issue as soon as possible. Stable servers are crucial for a fair and competitive experience, and it is very discouraging to lose matches and coins due to server errors rather than gameplay.

Thank you in advance for looking into this. I hope this gets resolved soon so we can enjoy FC26 Ultimate Team without worrying about server drops deciding the outcome of our matches.
