Was sent an already redeemed code for the game by EA.
Hello, I recently participated in a playtest session and as a reward for participating I was sent a code for the Ultimate Edition of FC 26 for Xbox Series X|S, but when I went to go redeem the code on the Xbox Marketplace I was told the code had already been redeemed even though the game didn't show up in my library at all. I've tried emailing EA about this in hopes I could get a new code but it's going on a week now with no response, so I'm hoping that posting here can put me in contact with someone that can help me.
