What is wrong with the mechanics?

This game is "starting" to get real frustrating. I have several issues I would like to discuss.

Attacking AI on counters is too unbalanced compared to defending AI. Sometimes overall but still some players that only defend with 1 player while letting AI do the rest is stupid. No skill gap, at least make AI be able to hold positions so that you can manually press and increase AI offensive movement. 

People who stay back with 4 players should have more difficulty attacking since they are 2 people less on attack, which certainly is NOT the case. Quite the opposite, it feels like they have more players cause their players move smoothly while you can't even switch to the correct player in time and jocking is heavily slowed. 

3 at the back means more offensive attack, sure but too bad to use in defense since removing the option to adjust width, the backline give too much space to opponent instead of staying tight or at least have to option for it. 

Formations like 4-2-3-1 or just having 2 CDM's is too broken. The AI CDM stays super tight with backline which is not the case with other formations, leaving a lot of gap between CB and CDM. Someones skill should not be based on formation but on formation style of play and preference. 

Making passing semi-auto has not led to vision passing being rewarded but instead really inconsistent in terms of aim. 

I understand it's a game but people who are able to play this game like an arcade game with 0 football knowledge is killing the game. Broken players, accurate 180 passes, AI doing more than the players themselves is pure stupidity. What's the point of stamina in this game? It serves 0 purpose. If stamina actually played a role in this game, then constant high press, unlimited dribbling and tekking would actually matter and affect the game in a positive way. People would actually have to switch players that's on the bench, play more strategically in terms of substitute and running/dribbling duration before having to make a pass. This would make running, high press, taking on 1v1 a risk and reward situation solely based on stamina.
