When I complain, I feel like I am the one being punished

Hello EA Support,

I am writing to complain about serious and ongoing problems with hackers in EA Sports FC 26 on PC.

I am regularly kicked out of matches by hackers. I have reported this many times, but I never receive any response. Nothing changes, and no action is taken. There is also no compensation for the matches and time I lose because of these issues.

What makes this worse is that I feel like reporting hackers only causes problems for my own account instead of fixing the issue. This makes me lose trust in the reporting system and in EA Support.

I am tired of wasting my time reporting the same problem again and again with no answers. We paid for this game, and PC players deserve fair gameplay and real support.

At this point, I am seriously considering stopping the game completely because of the lack of support and communication

Please take this issue seriously and respond.
