WHEN WILL THE SERVERS WORK

It’s been 28 hours since i was supposedly able to play. I’ve been able to play a total of 4 games and i disconnected on 3 of them. It’s genuinely crazy how I try to play and I’m waiting for the game to load for so long and it still kicks me. The worst thing i try to get help from customer service and they just use Buzz words saying “our team is working so hard to fix this” and “your concerns are so important to us” but proceed to do nothing about it. It’s not like they had months to figure this out right. I wanted a refund and I’m not allowed to and EA won’t do anything to help so I’m just stuck. I wanted to not get the game but i decided to give it a chance but that was a mistake I’ll never do again. EA don’t care they got my money so i guess they won.
