Why is fc 26 ultimate team and proxlubs hard

I'm normally a div 5 player on 25 but I've played a few games on div 9 and there's some tricky games. With proclubs our club normally gets to div 2 but we can't even win a game so they need to fix the gameplay making it easier to attack or dp something else.
