Just play the game during peak hours on a friend’s house and you will understand. This affects everybody. Go watch some streamers talk about it.
Most of the community suffers with this. You just have to replicate the problem on different environment to understand and create a solution. It is not rocket science.

- Whether this is only in matches or also in menus/loading: Everywhere, even web app
- When it started: since I started playing UT, that is FC24
- Usual in-game ping: 8ms
- Wired or wireless connection: wired with 1GB fiber
- Region/country: US Houston-TX
- Whether it happens every match or only at certain times: peak hours, specially weekend and during big promos
Platform - ps4 game, played on ps5 disk. No difference with playing on ps4

Whether it happens every match or only at certain times - nearly every match. There is literally no line in there. Every now and then the game is responsive and I can do what I intend, but most of the time it feels like it is living it's own life. Button responsiveness is zero and players/team don't execute tasks.
I had a good period between Saturday morning and yesterday (Tuesday)afternoon. Played the Cup in Seasons, reached the final like a dozen times and won practically every game. Even games with ping over 100 were responsive. Since yesterday evening, nothing works anymore. Players don't move, no control over anything. I'm playing in mud. When I'm in offense there is hardly a player to pass to, when in defense I don't have anyone to defend with. Most of the time I'm playing games with ping 15-20
