Wrong Card Version
Just got gold 89 version of Khadija Shaw from a pack. I know there is a TOTS version in packs currently, so shouldn't I have gotten the TOTS. Is this kind of thing happening to others?

I packed a Russo back in Toty and the response I got from EA was it’s a promo that’s finished, I even responded showing when I got it via video, and the dates of when Russo was in the toty. They never responded at all. EA don’t care much for customer service.
But there was a pack out that only gave gold cards at one point, I dunno if that still available! If you opened that pack if it is. Not that I’m defending EA
