Zubimendi Cornerstones STILL WAITING

Hi, I complained twice to one of your live chat colleagues about the cornerstones Zubimendi SBC, this has dragged on for what must be 2 months now. They closed the vase on both occasions without informing me despite the fact they confirmed I had in fact been miss sold this card. As you probably know (everyone else does) the card originally showed it as a live card, which was a mistake on your part. It was a VERY expensive SBC and there's no way in hell I'd have spent what I did in coins+players for that card in its current form. I was clearly miss-sold this. Will you please give back all the players that went in to this SBC, as I said the squads that went in to it were VERY expensive for what is now a **bleep** card. Please sort this ASAP as its dragged out for months now. Cheers
