EA should also make the Club President more important in Career Mode.

In Manager Career, transfers should go through the president instead of the manager directly. The president’s personality would affect whether they accept your requests, and a slider at the start of the career could set the probability of the president imposing a transfer you didn’t request.

There should also be a Club President Career, similar to Player Career. You choose your president’s personality, manage the budget, fire/hire managers, and choose their successors. However, managers should also be able to reject your offer depending on their personality, with a probability slider when creating the career.

The Manager Market could also show each club president’s personality.
