FC 26 Bad gameplay and servers

Hello everyone! Love this game, but cannot experience the difference in gameplay between me and my opponents. One game it will be okay, the other game my players act like bronzes, cannot pass, dribble or run. Can someone explain to me what’s wrong? I mean, when i go high elo in champs, the difference in gameplay is insane, my opponents players just fly on the pitch, they are superfast, can instantly turn and skill dribble, whey always a step ahead of my players with their touch and movement,while my players cannot turn and and make a simple pass. It those games i feel like i can not control anything. What is the problem with that? Ping, servers, or the opponent are just too good? Thanks guys, have a good day.
