Connection issues
Apparently there is no way to open a case directly with EA anymore, so I'm trying to do it this way.
Since the latest patch I can't play online anymore. During every match I get a connection error to the EA servers (without any exception, 100% of the games). This error also happens in every mode (Rush, Rivals, Squad Battles) and sometimes even when I'm just in the menu. My internet connection is very good and I don't have any issues whatsoever with other applications. Even the network test on the EA page shows a rating of 97/100. I have run a ping during the entire time I have played yesterday and there wasn't a single dropped ping. I have restarted my router already but this didn't help.
I can only play offline at the moment and that's very annoying. I had no chance to participate in Champions or the other modes and receive any of the rewards. Also I everytime I log into Ultimate Team I get the message that I disconnected from my last game and my "Disconnect multiplier" is getting lower from this.
Im playing on PC (EA App).
