Refund
Hello EA Support Team,
I am reaching out because I have invested over $1500 USD in FC Points for EA Sports FC 26, but due to ongoing server and routing issues, I have been unable to properly access or use the purchased content in Ultimate Team.
Despite having a verified 300/300 Mbps connection and using multiple routing solutions (ExitLag, NordVPN), the game repeatedly connects me to distant US servers instead of the correct European region (I am based in North Macedonia).
This makes online gameplay technically unplayable — severe input delay, lag, and broken synchronization occur in every Rivals and Champions match.
I have attached several traceroute and ping logs that confirm the routing problem (constant redirection to 159.153.71.17 via US backbones).
Since the FC Points and Ultimate Team content cannot be used for their intended purpose, this falls under EU consumer rights for non-functional digital services.
I therefore kindly request either:
- a refund for the purchased FC Points, or
- a compensation (wallet credit or in-game equivalent) for the unusable content.
Please escalate this case to a senior advisor or technical review team.
