Rivals /Champions before Kickoff match disconnects

Hello,

my problem is that since two days i cant play any game on Rivals or Champions anymore. I find a match trying to join that match after skipping the formation it disconnects and i am back in the menu. I dont know what i did so it changed to this.

i hope someone can help me.
