Re: FC26 Clubs Matchmaking Failed

Today marks the third consecutive day that the Pro Clubs servers have been unavailable or unstable, making it impossible to enjoy one of the main game modes I purchased EA SPORTS FC to play.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I scheduled three days of vacation specifically to relax and spend time playing with my friends. Instead, I have been unable to access the game mode due to server outages that are completely beyond my control.

As a paying customer, I invested not only in purchasing the game but also in additional in-game content and currency. Unfortunately, I have not been able to enjoy the product I paid for because of these repeated service interruptions.

I respectfully request that EA consider providing a refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused, whether in the form of a refund, EA FC Points, or another reasonable solution that reflects the impact these outages have had on my gaming experience.
