Re: Connection Issue During RTTF Live Event Matches

The RTTF event is maximum 14 attempts and to unlock the next stage you have to play 12 games.

For the first game every time, the game disconnects immediately after kick off. I have played this in 3 rounds, meaning I got disconnected 3 times and now cannot unlock the next stage or get any of the objective rewards. 

How is this happening so late on in the game and how is this fair, when other players are able to get all the rewards? People invest a lot of time and money in this game, which is not performing as described. 

EA have confirmed that this is a bug on their side that they are working to fix, however, the event ends soon (which I have evidence of in writing). Compensation should be added to all affected player accounts in the form of every pack and objective reward that they’ve missed out on. 

Please can we increase communication from EA and confirm how you intend to rectify this issue?
