Re: EA servers down, can't get into Ultimate Team or Web/Companion App

I have been experiencing this issue for about a week now on PC (Steam).

Whenever I try to enter online modes in Ultimate Team (Division Rivals, Champions, etc.), I get the error: “Cannot connect to Ultimate Team, you will be returned to the main menu.”

However, Rush mode works perfectly fine without any issues.

I have already contacted EA Support and tried basic troubleshooting steps (including restarting my PC), but nothing has fixed the problem.

Since Rush works, this does not seem like a general connection issue. It might be related to my account or specific servers.

This issue is preventing me from playing the main modes of Ultimate Team.

Can someone please check this or escalate it?
