im trying to play clubs and its says unable to connect to ea servers and my season pass is unavailable and my xp bar has disappeared completely

The only workaround to this issue (there's an 850+ message long thread on this forum) is to disable your 2 Factor Authentication in your Security and Privacy settings. Will doing this make your account more easily hackable? Yes. But that's the only solution to a problem EA has failed to resolve for at least four months.
