I am facing the same issue, nothing I have tried has worked. I tried unlinking and relinking my PS5 account to my EA account. I tried deleting the saved data from my console and cloud storage and I also tried deleting and reinstalling the game. None of those options worked. So I think there is definitely a server issue on EAs side that has corrupted files linked to the user, nothing we can do about that, they have to go in and fix that which is irritating since you cannot contact them directly.
