Re: FC 26 Unable to load information from the server

Hello,

I would like to report a serious issue with FC 26 Ultimate Team – Division Rivals.

I was disconnected from 2 Division Rivals matches without quitting. I was winning both matches when I was suddenly disconnected, and both games were registered as DNF losses.

I did not quit either match, and my internet connection was still working. This caused me to lose two matches that I was winning and negatively affected my Rivals progress.

Could you please investigate these two matches and check whether the disconnects were caused by a server/game issue?
