I have the same issue from 23 of December. Cannot claim seasonal objectives - upgrade to season pass etc. None of the steps used have helped. I claim the rewards from the webapp as an alternative

On PS5, day 3 of having the same issue. Can play the game just fine online (online friendlies, seasons, and ultimate team) but I CANNOT access the season pass or Clubs at all. Immediately met with “season pass is unavailable” and “cannot connect to EA servers” even though my internet is clearly not the issue

Exact same issue here with ultimate team servers completely fine, just clubs isn’t working same message comes up

I have been experiencing the same issue for a number of days now. I am unable to access the Season Pass and receive the following message when I try to access it, "The Season Pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your Season Pass".
Additionally, I cannot access Clubs and receive the following message when trying to access Clubs, "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again. My internet is not the problem as I am able to access Ultimate Team and play the online game modes with no problem.
I am on Playstation 5.

Same issue come on EA. I can play UT but season pass is unavailable. Same for club manager and player career where I like to get my weekly SP from. Tried all the “solutions” still not working.
Compensation?!?!?

I merged your message into an ongoing thread regarding the issue with not being able to access Season Pass. It's possible this is related to switching back and forth between console generations. Have you been doing that?

I only play on PS5 nothing else, also got my fc26 companion. So i dont think is related to switching back and forth between console generations.

Why is it so hard for you to admit your mistake and fix the input lag on PC? Do you even read the forums?
after TU 1.3.0, gamepad inputs delay 4-6s, celebrations unskippable, post-halftime stutters, FPS to 5 with 100% GPU load—only in Rivals/Champs/Pro Clubs

In that case, we'll have to see how the investigation into this turns out. If we have any other workarounds, we'll get them posted here.

Switching between consoles is not even part of the equation here. I play on PS5 only, as do most of the other people having issues here (either ps5 or some on Xbox series x/s). This is related to syncing issue between the EA Account and the Playstation account linked to it.
