I have the same issue since the first minute the game came out. 
I wrote this in X.

Hi @EAHelp, I’m on PS5 playing EA Sports FC 26 and keep getting a “Connection to Lobby lost” error in Clubs.
✅ NAT Type 2 (wired 250 Mbps)
✅ System + game fully updated
✅ Cache cleared, DB rebuilt, full game reinstall. EA account relinked.
Other modes work fine — only Clubs fails. Any fix?

Lately, I can play on other people’s clubs but if I create the club I can’t play in it and everyone else get the same issue being kicked out of the lobby when we search for a match.

Same issue here but my friends are in Middle East and I am in Europe 

Same issue here! The weird thing is that sometimes it happens, sometime it doesn't, and there is no pattern for it. I am on PC, cross play is on.

Me and my friends are having the same problem, 5 of us are playing in Europe and 1 is in North America, It does say ‘Connection to lobby lost’ we tried everything and nothing works. All other modes work.

Anyone find a solution yet ?

Update: fixed it by switching to another region server

Whatever you want, we switched from northern europe to eastern europe

i found the solution the club creator change the area from club settings and after you start search match and after you change area again from your orginally and it works
