Re: Clubs and Season pass unavailable

I have an issue with my FC Season progress in EA Sports FC 26.
Some time ago, I played FC 26 on my own PlayStation using a friend’s account. He owned the digital version of the game, and I played through his account on my console because he was visiting me at the time.
After that, I purchased FC 26 myself and now play the game entirely through my own PlayStation Network account and my own EA account.
Since the beginning, I have been unable to view my FC Season progress in the game. In-game, I receive a message stating that the season pass / season service is not available. Additionally, Clubs and Manager Career are also not accessible.
Because of this issue, I have been unable for the past three weeks to earn the Season Pass (SP) points from those other game modes. As a result, I am currently unable to reach Level 40, even though I am actively trying to progress.
My connection quality is good, and the EA servers are showing as online.
In the Companion App, I can view my season progress without any issues, so the progress does appear to be correctly linked to my EA account.
I suspect this may be related to an entitlement or license mismatch, caused by initially playing the game on a friend’s account and later purchasing it myself.
Could you please check whether the old entitlement can be removed and whether my season progress can be correctly re-linked to my current purchase and account?
