FC 26 Rivals Input Delay – PS5

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a significant input delay in FC 26 Rivals on PS5.

My internet connection is stable and my ping is consistently around 4 ms during Rivals matches. The connection indicator remains green, with no packet-loss, jitter, or connection warning icons.

However, I still experience approximately 1 second of input delay. Passes, player switching, shooting, and other commands respond noticeably late.

I tested Squad Battles on the same PS5 and TV, and the gameplay is completely smooth there. The problem occurs specifically in Rivals online matches.

Platform: PS5

Game mode affected: Ultimate Team – Rivals

Ping: ~4 ms, stable

Connection indicator: Green

Squad Battles: Smooth

Internet connection: Stable

Problem: Significant online input delay

Could you please investigate whether this could be related to the EA FC 26 match server, data center, matchmaking route, or online gameplay synchronization?
